Where does the money go?

The Men in Tights and Merry Wenches of ye village started up Ye Olde Manakau Medieval Market Charitable Association 19 years ago so the funds raised can be used by ye merry villagers and needy guilds in the shire.

Money raised by the Market Day is distributed back to the community as charitable grants. Applications for grants are welcomed around September and application forms are available on this website.
